Anti-Ragging Committee is responsible for preventing and punishing the incident of student’s harassment and ragging on the campus. It has powers to receive complaints from any aggrieved party and conduct inquiry into the matter. The committee is chaired by the principal and may meet as and when necessary.

Based on the principal of Equality and Justice guaranteed by the constitution of India and draw on the Right to Dignity, Bodily Autonomy and Integrity, the University Grants Commission formulated guidelines “Measures for ensuring the Safety of Women and Programmers for Gender Sensitizations on Campuses”.
